Existing users with login credentials for their association website can seamlessly access the app using the same email address and password used for the site. New users can effortlessly register by clicking the designated button and submitting their details for approval. Upon registration confirmation, an email containing a password setup link will be sent, allowing direct access to the app.

For those who have forgotten their password, a simple process is in place: clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link, entering the email address, and following the password reset link sent via email.

Once logged in, homeowners can enjoy various features such as:

• Browsing association documents, directories, and photos
